Manage Exoscale infrastructure with Crossplane

Exoscale now offers two official Crossplane providers, so platform teams can manage Exoscale infrastructure declaratively from Kubernetes. Two official Crossplane providers are now available, both built with Upjet:

1. provider-exoscale: compute instances, SKS clusters, managed databases (DBaaS), IAM, and networking.
2. provider-exoscale-sos: S3-compatible SOS object storage, covering buckets, versioning, ACLs, CORS, and cross-zone replication.

Crossplane runs as a controller and reconciles continuously: it detects configuration drift and brings resources back to their declared state, where a Terraform plan only checks when a run is triggered.
