# Support Plans price update

<p class="">We are excited to announce an update regarding the subscription pricing of our support plans, effective <b>July 1, 2025</b>. This information applies to both our valued existing customers and those considering our support plans.</p>

<h2><b>Reduced Support Subscription Prices</b></h2>

<p class="">We've reduced the cost of our support plans, which is a direct result of our enhanced operational efficiency. Our commitment to providing exceptional support remains at an even more accessible price.</p>

  <li><p class=""><b>Optimized Support Workflows:</b> We've implemented more effective request handling through streamlined processes.</p></li>
  <li><p class=""><b>Expanded Knowledge Base &amp; Self-Service Tools:</b> Our enhanced resources empower you to find solutions quickly and independently, contributing to faster issue resolution.</p></li>

<h2><b>Specific Impact on Our Plans:</b></h2>

<ul>
  <li><p class=""><b>Starter Support Plan:</b> The monthly rate <b>will be reduced</b> from 100 CHF/EUR/USD to <b>50 CHF/EUR/USD</b>. This represents a <b>50% reduction</b> in the monthly subscription fee.</p></li>
  <li><p class=""><b>Pro Support Plan:</b> The monthly rate remains <b>500 CHF/EUR/USD</b> (no change).</p></li>
  <li><p class=""><b>Enterprise Support Plan:</b> The monthly threshold <b>will be reduced</b> from 2500 CHF/EUR/USD to <b>1500 CHF/EUR/USD</b>. The 5% rule (as a percentage of spend) remains the same.</p></li>
